Chlorophyll fluorescence a quantum yield (QY) and b non-photochemical quenching (NPQ) of Quantis™-treated and untreated (water-control) A. thaliana WT-type Columbia-0 (Col-0), penetration1 (pen1), pathogenesis related 4 (pr4) and maternal effect embryo arrest 59 (mee59) measured at 24 h post-application with heat stress of 42 ºC was applied 12 h post-application for 4 h. Data represent mean ± SEM of six biological replicates per treatment. Two experiments were performed. Asterisk indicates significant difference according to Student’s t test, p < 0.05
