Primary root length (cm) measured a 12 h following heat stress and b area under root growth curve from 24 h to 5 days of untreated (water-control) and Quantis™-treated A. thaliana WT-type Columbia-0 (Col-0), penetration1 (pen1), pathogenesis related 4 (pr4), maternal effect embryo arrest 59 (mee59). Heat stress of 42 ℃ was applied 12 h post-Quantis™ application for a period of 4 h. Data represent mean ± SEM of eight biological replicates per treatment. Two experiments were performed. Asterisk indicates significant difference according to Student’s t test, p < 0.05
