A TPC (mg GAE/g), B RAC (mg/g), C DPPH radical scavenging activity (RC50; µg/mL), and D ABTS radical scavenging activity (RC50; µg/mL) were expressed based on temperature grouping (a) and within each group (b). In box-plots, each group consisted of five biological replicates represented by individual scores, and different light conditions were indicated by color (D11, orange; D23, blue). Statistical differences between temperature groups were determined using Student's T-test (*p < 0.05; ***p < 0.005; NS, non-significant). The bar graph represents the means ± standard deviation of five biological replicates in each group, and non-significant differences are indicated by the same letters according to Tukey HSD Test (p < 0.05)
