Operational stability of the immobilized enzymes during p‐NPP hydrolysis. Reaction conditions: 10–40 mg/mL immobilized enzyme, 10 mM p‐NPP solution and lipase solution in 50 mM Tris‐HCl buffer (pH 8.0) = 1:1 (v/v), reaction temperature of 50 ℃, and reaction time of 20 min.
