LNOA blocks three-dimensional spheroids’ formation in a dose-dependent manner. Illustrative images of Hep3B liver cancer cells after 24 h of incubation in presence of (0, 31.25, 62.5, 125, 250, 500, and 1000 µg/mL of LNAO or 100 µg/mL of Doxorubicin (used as a positive control) to test their spheroids formation capacity (8 A). Analytic figures include Cluster area relative to a negative control (8 B), cluster perimeter relative to the negative control (8 C), and cluster circularity "value of 1 = round cluster, the value of 0 = elongated cluster" (8 D).
