Rate of wetting contact angle recovery (° min−1) after treatment of Prunus leaf surfaces with C12E2, C12E4, C12E6, C12E8 and Brij L4. Surfactant coverage of leaves were 1 µg cm−2. Rates of wetting contact angle recovery decreased with increasing degree of ethoxylation. Differential letters indicate significant differences between the different alcohol ethoxylates at p < 0.05.
