Basic structural parameters of PH3-susceptible (S) and resistant (R) strain of Tribolium castaneum using Micro-CT analysis. Data were obtained by analyzing the same part, divided into PH3-S and R (Union), and male and female (Subset). Schematic illustrations are representing for a percent object volume (3D Obj.V/TV, %) obtained by dividing 3D object volume (3D Obj.V, µm3) by 3D total volume (TV, µm3), b object surface (3D Obj.S, µm2) and c mean total cross-sectional object area (2D Obj.Ar, µm2). All data are presented as mean ± standard deviation. Union group was analyzed using t-test and subset group was analyzed using one-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s multiple comparisons.
