Connectivity parameter of PH3-susceptible (S) and resistant (R) strain of Tribolium castaneum using Micro-CT analysis. Data were obtained by analyzing the same part, divided into PH3-S and R (Union), and male and female (Subset). Schematic illustrations are representing for a mean number of objects per slice (2D Obj.N), b average object area per slice (Av.Obj.Ar, µm2), c structure model index (3D SMI) and d closed porosity (percent) (Po(cl), %). All data are presented as mean ± standard deviation. Union group was analyzed using t-test and Subset group was analyzed using one-way ANOVA, followed by Tukey’s multiple comparisons.
